Teachers who made us proud: Excellence Awards

Scores of teachers come and go and they that make a difference are remembered, revered and honoured for they touch the lives of those young ones that are in their care.

Indian school Darsait has always been proud of its sincere and dedicated set of teachers who demonstrate a contagious enthusiasm for teaching and learning and are committed to their own professional development to enhance teaching excellence. Our teachers have proved time and again that they excel overall in all areas through the recognition that they receive. In the last five years 6 of our teachers have been proud recipients of Dr H L Virmani Award for Teaching Excellence.

Academic Achievements

Aristotle once said, ‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit’. Our students are achievers! Throughout the time they are with us they are trained to excel in whatever they do in life.

Indian School Darsait has always proved its mettle in scholastic areas. Second to none, the school, over the years, has been striving to make its presence felt. Though the school cannot boast of the kind of support from various sources that other institutions of this nature may receive, nonetheless, the performance of the students in the Board Examinations, all through, have been enviable.

The humble background, that majority of the students come from, has not deterred either the students or the teachers from excelling in their domain. The excellent results in classes 10 and 12 board examinations, over the years, stand testimony to the hard work, dedication and sincerity of the teachers and students.
